The newly built residence "Juan Flore" is a high standing estate located on the seafront. It includes a beautiful park, a huge swimming pool with slide and a smaller pool for children. Only 5 min. walk are necessary to reach the sandy beach. 

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has 2 good terraces/gardens. One facing East has views over the park and one facing West has views towards the swimming pool.
They are very pleasant to sunbathe, have meals or take a nap in the shade. All of the rooms open out to one of these terraces.

The residence is located about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Juan les Pins, where there is a large choice of restaurants, discotheques and fashion shops. Just near the residence, there are also several local shops and a supermarket. 

Families with children will love to visit Marineland and its amazing show with killer whales and dolphins, as well as the water park Aqua-Splash (both only 15 min. drive from the property).
