The residence is located alonside the coast road which leads from Cannes to Mandelieu. The town centre of Cannes with the famous shopping street Rue d'Antibes, the Croisette and Palais des Festivals, is about 10 minutes drive away.
In the close area near Mandelieu, there are 2 good golf courts: the Old Course and the Riviera Golf Club.

The international airport in Nice is 35km away.
