A delightful and child-friendly villa with swimming pool and nice views, situated in a peaceful area close to the village of Mougins.

This lovely villa is situated in a sought-after area of Mougins, near the local shops and 2 km walk from the old village. The village of Mougins is a very charming place which is worth visiting and renowned for its numerous art galleries, craft shops and excellent restaurants.

Golf players will appreciate the proximity to the beautiful Royal Mougins Golf Club, only a few minutes drive from the property. Cannes and the sandy beaches are about 10min. drive away, and there is a quick and easy access to the motorway, to reach Nice international airport in less than half an hour.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely fenced garden which is mainly flat and planted with numerous flowers. It includes a beautiful swimming pool with a large sunny terrace which is ideal to relax. The surroundings are very private and peaceful.

Inside, the living area is bright and airy. Tastefully decorated with colourful elements and comfortably furnished, the overall is very welcoming. From the living room, large sliding windows open out to the terrace, which includes a covered dining area with barbecue and enjoys nice open views over the surrounding greenery.

The bedrooms are also nicely decorated and very cosy. There are 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people but the bedroom downstairs is more suitable for children, so HMJ France recommends this villa for 6 adults and 2 children.

There is a good level of equipment, such as air-conditioning, satellite TV and WIFI internet access.

All in all, this is a charming and comfortable holiday home which benefits from a good location, and suitable for a family with children.
