| HMJ Group was founded in 1983. From the beginning and till today the group has developed expertise in dealing with purchases and sales of French properties, owner-service / administration, financing and rentals. The company VICTOR INTERNATIONAL A/S, which is quoted on the stock exchange today, was founded in 1996 with the aim to invest in leisure properties in France with a perfect position. In 2000 the group acquired FerieBoligCentret A/S, and with a great knowledge in rentals of leisure properties in Europe, the group has strengthened its ability to ensure our many owners the possibility of a guaranteed rental income. To improve the rentals of ski-apartments in the off-season, écart ski tours a/s was established in 2002. Finally HMJ France was created in 2004, in order to extend our selection of products on the French Riviera and to assist our Scandinavian and English customers in the best way. HMJ France also takes care of rentals and provides first class accommodation in well-located properties on the French Riviera. The properties are suitable for both summer and winter use, and can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis. |
